Chipstead, is a small village in the parish of Chevening, near Sevenoaks, Kent and just off the A221, A224 and A25 roads. It is rapidly becoming part of the built up area of Sevenoaks. It is also within a short distance of the M25 and M26 motorways, though not visible from it.

This attractive parcel of land and amenity land is superbly located in Sevenoaks, Kent. The site is within a walking distance of a local comfortable and quiet community. There is a thriving residents' association, which has voiced opinions over issues such as traffic control in the area.

Access

From the M25 Junction 5, follow directions south towards the A21 (Hastings) and exit into the A25. The site can be best viewed from Lusted Road, Barrets and Donnington Road in Dunton Green. The get there, continu along the A25 towards Sevenoaks and turn left at the next roundabut (A224). Continue straight on at the next two roundabouts along the London Road and the access roads can be found on the left hand site.
